BNX® 1077 is a liquid sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant.  BNX® 1077 is an effective, non-discoloring stabilizer that provides excellent long term stability and is a liquid.   It can be used in a wide range of polymers such as PVC, ABS, & PE, rubbers such as SBR, BR, & NBR, synthetic fibers, waxes, fats and oils.

BNX 1000 is a unique proprietary blended liquid antioxidant system containing components that are highly effective in the protection of adhesives, rubber, resins, and other polymer systems. Compared to solid antioxidants, it provides ease in blending, virtually eliminating the particle dispersion problems of powder type antioxidants. 

BNX 1010 is a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant. Because of its low volatility, BNX 1010 exhibits excellent heat stability and antioxidative properties, with good compatibility with resins and excellent extraction resistance.

BNX 1035 is a hindered phenolic antioxidant. It provides excellent processing and end use stability to a broad range of polymers. BNX 1035 is a particularly effective antioxidant for polyethylene, styrenic polymers, polypropylene, and elastomers such as EPDM and SBR and for carboxylated SBR latex, polybutadiene rubber and polyisoprene rubber.

BNX 1076 is a hindered phenolic antioxidant which effectively inhibits oxidation and thermal degradation of many organic and polymeric materials. BNX 1076 is an excellent antioxidant and stabilizer for polyolefins (polyethylene, polypropylene.), polystyrene, ABS resin, PVC resin, and EPDM.

BNX MD-1024 is highly effective in hindering the harmful effect of copper conductors upon polypropylene, high and low density polyethylene, and some thermoplastic elastomers used as primary insulation in wire and cable applications. It is also recommended for use in polymers where reactive metals may affect polymer properties.

Benefos 1680 is a phosphite type antioxidant of low volatility and extremely high resistance to hydrolysis. It provides excellent antioxidant process stability to organic polymers, resistance to discoloration and adds long-term protection against thermo-oxidative degradation after processing.

Benefos 1680 is a secondary type antioxidant. It is particularly useful in polyolefins and olefin-copolymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers as well as polycarbonate and polyamides.

BNX 2246 is a sterically hindered phenol antioxidant and thermal stabilizer. It provides effective stabilization in ABS, EVA, polypropylene and polyethylene.

BNX 702 is an effective antioxidant and stabilizer that provides excellent protection against thermo-oxidative degradation. BNX 702 can be used in a variety of applications such as petroleum based metal working fluids, natural and synthetic elastomers, polyolefin plastics, resins and adhesives.

BNX 2000 is a hydroxylamine stabilizer. It is a phenol free product and significantly reduces the tendency for discoloration due to gas fading and Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) interaction. BNX 2000 can be used synergistically with HALS products to provide processing and long-term stability.

BNX 1225 is a synergistic blend of BNX 1010 and Benefos 1680. This blend of both a primary and secondary antioxidant provides excellent heat stability and antioxidation, with good compatibility with resins and excellent extraction resistance. The relatively high phenolic antioxidant content provided by BNX 1010 contributes synergistically to the polymer’s stabilization and addresses applications requiring more long-term thermal stability by preventing thermo-oxidative degradation. The secondary antioxidant Benefos 1680, is an organophosphite of low volatility and particularly resistant to hydrolysis and provides protection to organic polymers which are prone to oxidation.
